De-Bortoli wines feature prominently on our list - De Bortoli Wines is a third generation family wine company established by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. Italian traditional wine making coupled with great regional variety in Australia produce award winning wines that match seamlessly with our cuisine.
Our list also features Italian varietals such as Pinot Grigio from the high altitude vineyards in Trentino Alto Adige.
The Marlborough region in the South Island of New Zealand also features on our list. The crisp refreshing tones that typify this region suit dining in the warm Queensland climate.
For the budget conscious the Italian tradition of free flowing house wines lives on at All' Antica. Quality wines are available in 1 litre or ½ litre carafes featuring Shiraz Cabernet, Chardonnay and chilled Red Lambrusco. Watch out for great weekly specials on featured wines selected by our chef.
The chef's own signature "Italian" twist on chilled Spanish sangria is also developing a cult following - great for sharing on a hot summers night with a couple of pizzas!
